Cocktail Hour is the perfect opportunity to set the mood and overall tone for your reception. The music played as your guests arrive can create a fun and party atmosphere. Does your wedding have a theme?  Your cocktail hour is your first chance to incorporate your theme into the reception.  Popular cocktail hour music formats include jazz, motown and soul.  However, we welcome and encourage your own unique ideas to add your personal touch from the very start of your reception.

After your guests arrive, get relaxed at coctail hour, and your grand entrance is complete,  its time for everybody to "Hit the Dance floor".   We work very closely with you to determine the dance floor fillers that best suit your reception. Our dance music collection spans from the 1940s to Today,  From Big Band to Hip Hop to Disco. We've Got it all covered!  Our collection of ethnic dances appeal to all ages and nationalities. 

A good method to attract older people to the dance floor is to play a classic slow dance or two such as "Can't Help Falling In Love" by Elvis Presely or "Summer Wind" by Frank Sinatra.  Party classics such as the Cha-Cha Slide or Cotton Eye Joe are also excellent Party Starters.  

Disco classics such as "Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel" by Tavares or perhaps Top 40 / Hip Hop anthems by Beyonce or Mary J. Blige might bring your guests to the floor.  

Of course, while we may play some of the same songs at each reception,  it is our personalization that makes us stand out from the rest.  Instead of us telling you what we play at wedding receptions,  we want to know what YOU and your GUESTS want to dance to. It is your wedding after all, isn't it?  It's your Special Day,  not ours.
