Stroker and Whitney are your bartenders each and every Wednesday night.  They are always ready to serve you a drink or two.  Every once in awhile they join in on karaoke sing-a-longs.  Stroker,  a country boy at heart,   does a fine rendition of "Goodbye Earl" and "Country Road".  Whitney prefers to belt out r & b classics like "September" by Earth, Wind & Fire and "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" by Elton John & Kiki Dee.

The Big Easy stage can accommodate a solo star or groups of singers so nobody has to be shy.  The Big Easy is also available for private karaoke parties.
